For the recently renovated Malie House in Utrecht, by MAUT supplied custom carpets for all hotel rooms on behalf of De Projectgroep. The chosen design, Swirl , is from the by MAUT collection. This carpet was specially made in a different color scheme for this project, fully coordinated with the client's interior design.

Custom colors - The Swirl carpet was carefully customized to perfectly match the unique style and atmosphere of the Malie House. By adjusting the colors to match the design team's vision, the carpet seamlessly integrates into the overall interior. The result is a refined and luxurious look that gives the hotel rooms a warm, inviting ambiance.

LANO Project Quality - For the hotel rooms, our LANO project quality carpet has been chosen. LANO is known for its matte yarn, which not only provides a sophisticated look but also exceptional durability. With a wear class of 33, this carpet is extremely suitable for intensive use, making it ideal for hotel environments where high demands are placed on quality and wear resistance.
