Wallpaper and rugs in our webshop have fixed sizes. Are you not from the fixed sizes? In many cases, we can also produce the wallpaper and rugs to your specifications. In this case, please contact us with us.
Most wallpaper murals have a repeating pattern. In this case you can process multiple murals in succession in a pattern.
Measure the total height and width of the wall. Add 5 cm extra to the height and width to accommodate skewed walls and floors.
In many cases we can create and produce your specific wishes and/or design custom-made for your interior project. In this case, please contact us.
Wallpapering a ceiling is possible. We have various wallpaper qualities that are suitable for this application. Wallpaper quality Jil is lightweight and is therefore extremely suitable for use on a ceiling indoors.
Do you want to use the ceiling in a wet room such as a bathroom or semi-outdoor room? Then our quality EQ Dekor Fiberglass is extremely suitable.
Because we believe that you should be able to provide every room, wall or floor with a different look, we rarely use minimum orders:

EQ Dekor fiberglass can be used in wet areas with high humidity. The product can be used on the wall and on the floor. This product is ideal for the bathroom and is even suitable for the shower cubicle.
In many cases, EQ Dekor Fiberglass can also be used semi-exterior. In this case, please contact us with us.
Our carpet qualities and remaining wallpaper qualities are only suitable for interior use.
- The delivery time of our wallpaper is approximately 2 weeks after ordering.
- The delivery time of our rugs is approximately 5-6 weeks after ordering.
- The delivery time of our carpet is approximately 4 weeks after ordering.
- The delivery time of EQ Dekor Fiberglass is approximately 3 weeks after ordering.

Wallpaper glue is not included in delivery. Except for EQ Dekor Fiberglass, glue and finish are included. The processors we work with know exactly which glue to use for your wallpaper. If you want to apply our wallpaper yourself, we advise you to consult our processing instructions. You can find these in the FAQ under ''What are the processing instructions.''

All our products are produced especially for you and/or to the size you specify. It is therefore not possible to return the products after purchase.
You can cancel orders within 8 hours of ordering. After that, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel orders.
Before we deliver your ordered product to you, several quality checks take place. Nevertheless, a production error can occur.
Always check the product immediately when it is delivered to you for color, design and finish.
Colors on telephone or computer screens may differ from actual production. For this reason we always recommend requesting a sample. Each order is custom produced. Also the samples. Each production is therefore a new batch. Take this into account in your interior plan.
Always consult the processing instructions first.
Never start processing if you have identified a defect in the product. Once a product has been processed, we can no longer issue complaints.
Please contact us immediately, but no later than within 8 days of receiving the product, to report your complaint.
by MAUT cannot be held liable for consequential damage in any form whatsoever. If the complaint is justified, by MAUT will deliver a new product that has the same value as the product with the defect. Compensation can never be made in the form of a refund or a product with a higher value than the specific order. by MAUT is not responsible for the correct processing of the delivered products. If there is a defect in a product, only the delivered products will be reimbursed. No processing fees can be claimed.
